On April 18, 1996 , the Citizens Bank and Trust Company’s Junior Advisory Board was formed.  The advisory council consists of 12 members, ranging in ages between 25 and 40, each representing different segments of the community and serving a term of 1- 3 years. The current board is comprised of the following members, representing their segment of the community.

Rev. Tim Everett - Religion

Jeff Harper - Manufacturing(IP)

Beverly Lane - Family

Veronica Scott - Medical

Robert Smith - Oil & Gas

Debbie Thomas - Business Clerk

Darryl Vercher - Wholesale

Meetings of the board are held at the bank, at which times speakers are entertained from the community and a bank representative enlightens the board on the programs of the bank and any new services.

Feedback from the Junior Advisory Board is encouraged on how the bank can improve its community involvement and also meet the credit needs of low to moderate income neighborhoods, while always mindful of safe and sound practices for the financial institution
